Guinness beer is certainly one of the most famous Irish symbol in the world. The brewery, opened in 1759 by Arthur Guinness, is situated in Dublin. Its history and its manufacturing method are explained on the 7 floors of the Guinness Storehouse, a museum dedicated to the famous beverage.
